Avocado Sour cream Dip With Feta And Walnuts

Ingredients
• 2 ripe avocados – I used hass avocados
• 150 gr / ½ cups sour cream
• 50 gr / ½ cups feta cheese
• 1-2 garlic cloves – minced
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• 20-50 gr / ⅓ cups walnuts or to taste
• salt and pepper to taste
Optional ingredients
• lemon juice
• dill
Directions
- Everything will be mixed into 1 bowl, so get big enough bowl. If you want to make a bigger batch double the ingredients
- Start by peeling the avocados and mash them into almost a paste (using a fork)
- Next add the sour cream and mix very well
- Add olive oil and minced garlic and combine
- Next add walnuts, dill (optional) and salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle lastly feta on top and mix together
- Optionally sprinkle more walnuts and some fresh greens on top
- Enjoy your creamy dip!
